what is the cancellation policy?
If the Client cancels the Event or Photographer/Videographer’s services, 50% deposit is non refundable. If PHOTOBYLALA cancels its fully refundable.
Where are you based and do you travel?
I'm based in Tennessee and yes I love to travel! If you want me to photograph/film your story, it will require a travel fee, depending on where it takes place. But no worries, I always try to find the best way to come! because I love the way my creativity takes me around the world and I get to meet people from all over.
When will we get our photos/video?
Photography - maximum 8 weeks You can download all the photos from the gallery but also share them, choose your favorites, and also order prints!
and for videography it's 2-4 months through dropbox.
How many pictures will we receive?
there isn't a limit, as much as I can capture within the time frame i'm hired for! I always choose quality rather than quantity and that''s why I will choose the best and more significant photos to tell your story.
what are the deposit options?
All regular bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit.
Weddings and Events require a 50% non-refundable deposit.
what happens if @photobylala can't make it?
I will try my hardest to find an equal replacement to associate the day of event
or
I will fully refund the cost paid with suggestions on other vendors.
